Aplikasi SANG SURATMA berisikan aplikasi Pencatatan Meter Pelanggan, Inventarisasi Pelanggan dan Potensi Pelanggan, Inventarisasi Aset Perpipaan, Pemasangan Sambungan Baru, dan Penertiban Pelanggan. Aplikasi ini dipersiapkan untuk Surveyor, Bagian Pemasangan, Bagian Pemutusan dan petugas pencatat meter. Aplikasi ini kami disain dapat mengumpulkan data secara OFFLINE, akan tetapi jika Pengelola menginginkan online dan terintegrasi kepada Aplikasi POSEIDON maka perlu memiliki Akun GOOGLEDRIVE. Secara umum settingnya sama dengan POSEIDON. SANG SURATMA ini semua kendali database dikendalikan oleh admin pengelola
